Welcome to Mero Magnets. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Mero Magnets creates personalised photo magnets made from the images provided by our customers.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have permission to use any photos or content you upload.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Personalised Products

Each order is custom-made based on the photos and information you provide.

Please carefully review your uploaded images and order details before completing your purchase. Mero Magnets is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect photos, spelling mistakes, or information supplied by the customer.

Minor variations in colour, brightness, or cropping may occur due to differences in screen displays and the printing process.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Production and Shipping

Production generally takes 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Mero Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are personalised, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload.

By submitting photos to Mero Magnets, you grant us a limited licence to use those images solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your personalised order.

You confirm that you own the images or have permission from the copyright owner to use them.

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection and use of your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mero Magnets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
